伴隨著艱辛和汗水，滿懷豪情和喜悅，在各位員工努力的拼搏下，我們順利地完成了三月份公司的各項生產(chǎn)任務(wù)，首先對于奮戰(zhàn)在二號進(jìn)口線堅持上夜班的同事們表示崇高的敬意，他們?nèi)蝿谌卧故冀K堅守在自己的崗位，克服了機(jī)器設(shè)備的故障，保證了客戶訂單的交期。其次對于堅守在基層管理崗位上的班長們表示衷心的感謝，因為他們的努力，使得廣大員工團(tuán)結(jié)一心，努力工作，為6s活動的順利開展及公司各項管理政策得以落實做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。我們還得感謝全體員工顧大體，識大局，不計較個人得失，為完成公司各項生產(chǎn)任務(wù)奮戰(zhàn)在各條生產(chǎn)線上。
下面我宣布4月份員工大會現(xiàn)在開始!
今天的大會有以下七項內(nèi)容：
第一項內(nèi)容由吳春美同志關(guān)于3月份6S評比結(jié)果及合理化建議情況匯報，有請吳春美.
大會第二項流動紅旗授旗及沈金麗發(fā)表當(dāng)選6S先進(jìn)班組獲獎感言 點評：是的，6s流動紅紅旗代表的是集體的榮譽(yù)，是團(tuán)隊努力的成果，正因為6S活動的堅持開展才能是我們保持優(yōu)美整潔的工作環(huán)境。下次紅旗花落誰家，我們將拭目以待!
大會進(jìn)行第三項：由班長代表文旭發(fā)言，大家歡迎!
點評：班長是公司與生產(chǎn)員工的主要溝通橋梁，屬于兵頭將尾。公司班組長的管理好壞，將直接影響公司產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，他們責(zé)任重大，希望在工作中能夠得到大家始終如一的支持。
大會進(jìn)行第四項，有周友志同志發(fā)表關(guān)于改善的建議，大家歡迎!
點評：周友志的發(fā)言很精彩，是的，改善無處不在，如果大家都參與改善活動，每天進(jìn)步一點點，那么我們的公司一定會更加美好。 大會進(jìn)行第五項，由朱經(jīng)理代表生產(chǎn)部做3月份工作總結(jié)和4月份工作計劃，大家歡迎!
