香煙是危害人體健康的一位溫柔的“殺手”，據(jù)媒體報(bào)道，吸煙的人容易得多種疾病，如肺炎、支氣管炎、心血管疾病等等，吸一包香煙相當(dāng)于減少1小時(shí)的生命。
我看過爸爸20多歲時(shí)的照片，那時(shí)的她白白胖胖，臉色紅潤。可不知什么時(shí)候起，爸爸每天都要吸一包煙。慢慢的'，他的牙齒變黑了，手指變黃了，身上散發(fā)出一股難聞的煙味。我見了他，躲都來不及。我和媽媽幾次勸爸爸戒煙，可他卻說：“現(xiàn)在生活安定了，也該學(xué)著享受，再說，吸煙的男人有風(fēng)度嘛！”雖說我們心里不高興，但媽媽心軟，最后還是由著她。
過了不久，我發(fā)現(xiàn)爸爸開始咳嗽，那聲音越來越響了。先是輕輕的幾聲，然后是連續(xù)不斷的咳嗽。有時(shí)咳得臉發(fā)紅，連眼淚都流出來了。每天晚上，還沒看見他回家，就可以聽見他那刺耳的咳嗽聲了，那聲音聽起來像七八十歲的老人一樣蒼老。爸爸實(shí)在熬不過，就只好求助醫(yī)生。經(jīng)過醫(yī)生診斷，發(fā)現(xiàn)爸爸得了氣管炎，這下，爸爸不得不下決心戒煙了。有時(shí)見爸爸實(shí)在忍不住了，我就把零食往他的嘴里塞，這個(gè)辦法還真管用。
現(xiàn)在，爸爸長胖了，胃口開了，精神也飽滿起來了。爸爸也主動(dòng)把原來用來吸煙的錢補(bǔ)貼家用，有時(shí)也給我買學(xué)習(xí)用品、玩具，給媽媽購買衣服、營養(yǎng)品�，F(xiàn)在，我的家里又充滿了歡聲笑語。
