8：00就是我這個(gè)小孫悟空大鬧天宮的時(shí)候了。先是花30分鐘聽音樂做運(yùn)動(dòng)，這樣是不是有勞逸結(jié)合的感覺呢?
然后做一個(gè)小時(shí)半的家務(wù)。比如：澆澆花、掃掃地、擦擦窗戶、整理整理東西。
