　　I asked my father why the family had to set off firecrackers. Father said, "before, there was a monster called the year, when the Spring Festival will come out to eat children. A Taoist priest came to a Chuang-tzu, and in order to drive the year away, he put up a firecracker. The result scare the year away. Then the move came down and drove the monster.
