At last she was angry.She kicked the locker.And it opened!

Gulangyu---- a fairyland in the world As May Day is coming, many people plan a visit to Gulangyu, a beautiful island in Xiamen. Gulangyu is an island of Xiamen, which is surrounded by the blue sea. It’s like a garden on the water. You can go there by ship/sea. On the island, cars, buses and bikes are not permitted there. It is so quiet that wherever you go, you can hear the sound of playing the piano. As a result of this, it is called “ the island of music”.
(Thus/ Therefore) The Sunshine Rock is/lies on the highest place of the island. Standing on the top of it, you can enjoy/catch sight of the beautiful scenery of the whole Xiamen and other islands. If you want to know more about Xiamen’s history and changes, you can visit Xiamen Museum, which will make you understand Xiamen better. Such is Gulangyu, a fairyland in the world.

看到別的同學(xué)都在上英語班，我覺得我的英語也不能比別人差呀，于是我也報(bào)了英語班。
去年下半年，我報(bào)了一個英語班，就在師大清潔隊(duì)的小二層樓上，我上的是三年級班，我四年級的幾個朋友也在那上四年級班。上了一學(xué)期，覺得不過癮。
我這學(xué)期跟著好朋友，到他上的`英語班去聽了一節(jié)課。這個英語班叫“加特英語”，去了才發(fā)現(xiàn)還有我的兩個好朋友也在那里上。老師也是位女老師。班里用的是《新概念英語》（青少版），老師完全用英語講課，還講音標(biāo)。由于是插班，雖然有的聽不太懂，但才聽了一節(jié)課，我就喜歡上了這個英語班。
這個英語班課堂氣氛很活躍，很好玩，而且學(xué)音標(biāo)能讓我們學(xué)起單詞的發(fā)音來更容易、更標(biāo)準(zhǔn)�，F(xiàn)在我遇到不認(rèn)識的單詞能大概拼著讀出來了呢！
課堂上還有小活動，不過每節(jié)課都不一樣，有時候是翻圖片得分，有時候是吹瓶子上的撲克，還有時候是白板上畫的貓抓老鼠……總而言之，花樣層出不窮。
這個英語班每個班不超過十名學(xué)生，是因?yàn)橛械耐瑢W(xué)不來了，我才插班進(jìn)來，加上我才九名學(xué)生。每個星期上兩次課，周四17：00——18：30；周六18：30——20：30。課前課后還有一對一的檢查與輔導(dǎo)，沒課的日子還會有電話輔導(dǎo)。老師還會給我們發(fā)背書獎卡和紀(jì)律獎卡，獎卡可以換一些小獎品，如英語本、鉛芯等。
加特英語的目標(biāo)是讓學(xué)生在聽、說、讀、寫、唱及情景故事的趣味課堂教學(xué)中做到學(xué)以致用，徹底告別啞巴英語，提高學(xué)生的綜合能力。
上了幾次課，爸爸說我的英語有了明顯的進(jìn)步，我還要繼續(xù)努力喲，把他們以前學(xué)的我還要補(bǔ)上，爭取獲得更加優(yōu)異的成績。
