記得我第一次學(xué)英語(yǔ)是在三年級(jí)。開始，老師在講臺(tái)上講著，我在下面聽英語(yǔ)老師講課就像在聽天書一樣。我想：沒關(guān)系的，這絕對(duì)是因?yàn)槲覄倢W(xué)英語(yǔ)才這樣的，多讀，多學(xué)一定會(huì)的'�？墒沁@一節(jié)英語(yǔ)課過(guò)去了，老師講了幾十個(gè)英語(yǔ)單詞，我就學(xué)會(huì)了一兩個(gè)�！皩W(xué)會(huì)了一兩個(gè)單詞也算是學(xué)會(huì)了�！蔽野参孔约赫f(shuō)。可是過(guò)了一會(huì)兒，連這一兩個(gè)單詞我都忘記怎么讀了。回到家，媽媽問(wèn)我：“今天的英語(yǔ)課學(xué)會(huì)幾個(gè)單詞呀？”我低下頭小聲的說(shuō)：“一個(gè)都沒有學(xué)會(huì)�！眿寢屨f(shuō)：“怎么沒有學(xué)會(huì)呢？”我說(shuō)：“剛開始還學(xué)會(huì)一兩個(gè)，現(xiàn)在忘記了�！�

Our English Teacher
Our English teacher, Miss Liang is the best teacher I have so far. She has not only treated us as her younger sisters and brothers, but is also enthusiastic and conscientious in her teaching.
She is thirtyix, but she does not look her age for she is attractive and delicate. In class she is dignified and reserved and after class she plays and jokes with us. She is our friend as well as our teacher.
She is never tired of helping us in our work. She patiently answers our questions all in English. Also, we are required to prepare our lessons before coming to class. Furthermore, no matter how many new words there are in the texts, we are told to look up their meanings in the dictionary. She knows how to help her students to achieve the best result in the limited time.
With Miss Liang as our teacher, all of us have made amazing progress in our English study. She is both our best friend and best teacher. We all like her very much.

Say No to Pirated Products
Today, piracy problem is increasing strikingly in China. Besides books, any products, like tapes, CDs and software can be copied.
It has been well known that due to piracy legitimate producers, inventors and authors have suffered losses in many ways. At first, pirated copies often cost much less than the original ones. As a result, they can enjoy a considerable price advantage despite the poor quality. Compared with pirated products, the original ones sell poorly.
Secondly, because of poor quality, the authors' reputation as well as the publishers' is greatly hurt. Moreover, pirated products may also have negative impacts on customers provided that those legitimate producers' enthusiasm is greatly hurt. The problem will evolve into a vicious cycle.
In my opinion, the government should launch more anti-piracy campaigns and strengthen supervision to further clean up the book, video and software markets. Besides, as customers, we should raise our awareness on how to use legal products as well. Only in this way, I think, can we bring an end to piracy.

有一天，在寫英語(yǔ)作業(yè)的時(shí)候，我簡(jiǎn)直要被這枯燥而又“無(wú)味”的英語(yǔ)給弄煩了，我開始想：記單詞這么難，難道就沒有解決的辦法了嗎？如果單詞記住了，可過(guò)了幾天又忘了那又怎么辦？我?guī)е@兩個(gè)百思不得其解的問(wèn)題去請(qǐng)教媽媽，媽媽走到我的書桌旁，看著我已經(jīng)寫了二十多遍的`單詞，坐下來(lái)，語(yǔ)重心長(zhǎng)地對(duì)我說(shuō)：“學(xué)英語(yǔ)要講究方法，不能急于求成，要看平時(shí)的積累。要是講到記單詞，我告訴你幾個(gè)竅門兒：
1、寫單詞的時(shí)候要多用心記，寫幾遍以后要‘回過(guò)頭’看看對(duì)不對(duì)，要保證寫單詞的準(zhǔn)確性。
2、記單詞要一邊念一邊寫，這樣可以加深對(duì)單詞的印象。
3、記單詞要根據(jù)發(fā)音，把單詞分成幾截，和已經(jīng)會(huì)背的單詞相互對(duì)比著記，這樣不愁單詞記不牢，我學(xué)會(huì)了學(xué)英語(yǔ)�！蔽衣犃�，心里頓時(shí)豁然開朗。媽媽又開口了：“至于怎么讓單詞忘不了，那就得天天復(fù)習(xí)，只有這樣才能把單詞記牢。兒子，只要你記住這幾個(gè)竅門，以后的英語(yǔ)單詞就不用再犯愁了�！蔽衣犃藡寢尩脑挘杏X知識(shí)的大門又向我敞開了。我照著媽媽的辦法，連續(xù)試驗(yàn)了幾天，記單詞真是順暢多了，我的英語(yǔ)成績(jī)像發(fā)射的火箭一樣直線攀升。
