People asked why he was doing that, he said that if the person picked up one of his shoes, it was useless, but a pair of shoes could be valuable. The old man is so general and he has the positive attitude towards life. The positive attitude is very important, when we meet difficulties, we will get over them. If we feel frustrated all the time, then we will not be happy. We can’t change bad things, but we can change our attitude.

2。 Exercise。 Another way which is always be ignored is to excercise more。 An average of steps a normal adult have per day is 10000 - 15000。 You'll find yourself more healthy after changing the steps to 15000 - 20000 per day， and you'll get more fit easily by that。

我入門的情況下，只聽到老師用我聽不懂的英文來(lái)問(wèn)好大家，我一下就暈頭暈?zāi)X了，但我只能跟隨老師，看見書，了解一個(gè)單詞算一個(gè)，再把一個(gè)一個(gè)語(yǔ)句了解，由于如果不那樣，就相當(dāng)于浪費(fèi)了那巨額的培訓(xùn)費(fèi)。聽著老師一個(gè)個(gè)單詞如流水般從口中滴下來(lái)：哪些“三克油（Thank you）”，哪些“哈羅單車（Hello）”，哪些“估的摸林（Goodmorning）”……搞得我頭暈?zāi)X脹，啼笑皆非。這“酸酸”的覺(jué)得可真難受呀！
甜
暑期我出入了英語(yǔ)音標(biāo)班和單詞班，打好啦一定的基本，原本我要學(xué)好多個(gè)童話劇才可以進(jìn)到鋼琴考級(jí)班，可是老師見我跟得快，應(yīng)當(dāng)能夠追上她們，因此 我也“跳級(jí)”了。聽見這一信息，我內(nèi)心的哪個(gè)甜呀，比樂(lè)不可支還樂(lè)不可支！
苦
但是好景不常，由于我的膽量較小，因此 老師提出問(wèn)題叫我回應(yīng)時(shí)，我焦慮不安無(wú)比，答起來(lái)支支吾吾，眼巴巴令人看熱鬧，并且有幾日身體不適，課也沒(méi)聽進(jìn)來(lái)，還被老師“K”了一頓——訓(xùn)了一頓，之后老師了解真實(shí)情況了，就要我保重身體，快點(diǎn)兒好起來(lái)。落下來(lái)的課全是媽媽幫我補(bǔ)的。這苦味道真是比不加糖的現(xiàn)磨咖啡還苦！
辣
歷經(jīng)和老師學(xué)生們長(zhǎng)期交往，我逐漸融入了這兒的生活，回應(yīng)干干脆脆，提出問(wèn)題急急忙忙，伸手積極主動(dòng)，每一次打游戲都把臉蛋玩得紅通通，也受老師“寵溺”，全部一個(gè)“辣妹子”。
如今，歷經(jīng)很多挫敗，我已明白了許多的英語(yǔ)專業(yè)知識(shí)，學(xué)會(huì)了很多單詞的應(yīng)用，這可和我平時(shí)的勤奮脫不開關(guān)聯(lián)呀。這可真應(yīng)了一句話：“沒(méi)經(jīng)一番徹骨寒，怎得桂花香氣撲鼻香。”
