On College Graduates being Village Officials
There is a great discussion on college graduates being village officials. Some people think it can bring benefits. On the other hand, college graduates are full of energy and knowledge and they will try their best to contribute to the village.
However, on the contrary, some people consider it does more harm than good. To begin with, college graduates lack experience, so they can be confused about what and how to do. Second, huge hope and worry can result in deep pressure, which can prevent them from continuing working on their plans. Last but not least, they may find it difficult applying knowledge to practice, because its just book knowledge, often not matching the fact. As a result, they will give up to the difficulties.
