　　清晨，鳥兒在窗外高興的唱著歌，好像在喊我快起床，我迅速的起床洗刷完后，就和媽媽下樓去鍛煉了。小公園里已經(jīng)有許多鍛煉的人了，有人在踢毽子，有人在打拳，還有人在跳扇子舞，有幾個爺爺奶奶在唱戲，旁邊還有拉二胡伴奏的，很好聽。幾只小狗在追著打鬧，小鳥在半空嘰嘰喳喳的叫著，和媽媽在公園里走了一會，看到了許多有趣的事情，早早的起床鍛煉后，一天心情都很高興。
