The way for me to relax is various. First, I will listen to the music. Hearing the music can smooth my heart, it helps calm down, so I will get out of the annoyance. Second, I like to do some sports, such as jogging, basketball and tennis. Doing these sports also helps me let out my bad emotion and I bee energetic again.
