As the saying goes, “A friend in need is a friend indeed”. Friends play a very essential role in our daily life. However, how to make goods friends is a problem for most of us. As for me, I have three principles to choose friends.

In the first place, good friends should have their own principles. We should take into account the fact that people who insist on their principles have high quality. Therefore, it is worth making friends with them.
首先，好朋友應(yīng)該是有他們自己的處事原則。我們應(yīng)該認(rèn)識(shí)到這樣一個(gè)事實(shí)，堅(jiān)持自己原則的人一般都是具有高尚的品格。因此，這樣的人值得我們?nèi)ソ慌笥选?/p>
Then, I want to point out that good friends should be full of trust. This kind of person has a pure heart, so we can communicate with each other by heart.
然后，我想說的是，好的朋友應(yīng)該是充滿真誠(chéng)的。這樣的朋友有一顆赤子之心，我們能用心來彼此交流。
Finally, active friends are just like beautiful sunshine. They can light up our blue mood, drive away the dark clouds and give us courage.
最后，擁有積極心態(tài)的朋友就像美麗的陽光。他們能夠照亮我們憂郁的心情，驅(qū)走烏云，給我們鼓勵(lì)。
Friends who have above three characteristics will be great wealth for us.
能交到有以上三個(gè)特征的朋友將會(huì)是我們巨大的財(cái)富。

Everyone needs friends,and if you fail to make friends,you should examine yourself and see if there is something wrong with your personality.

May be you have social faults such as snobbishness,talkativeness and using slangetc. which drive away your new acquaintances.Whatever your social faults may be,look at them honestly and make real effort to correct them.

To be friendly you must feel friendly.Cheerfulness is the basis of friendliness.A cheerful person smiles.A smile is a magnet which draws people.Smile at someone and you are almost sure to get a smile in return.
要友善，你一定要給人友好的感覺：快樂是友善的基礎(chǔ)。一個(gè)快樂的人總會(huì)面帶微笑。微笑好似有吸引力的磁鐵，你對(duì)別人微笑，你也會(huì)得到他微笑的回報(bào)。
A friendly person does his best to make a stranger feel at home,wherever he happens to be.Put yourself in the other fellow's place and make them feel welcome.
無論在哪里，友善之人都會(huì)讓陌生人有居家般自在舒適的感覺，設(shè)身處地為陌生人考慮，讓他有備受歡迎的感覺。
Try to remember names.It makes your new acquaintances feel happy when you call them by their names.It gives them the feeling that they have made an impression on you and that mean something to them because you remember them.
盡量記住人名。對(duì)新認(rèn)識(shí)的朋友直呼其名會(huì)令他們很高興，他們會(huì)覺得你對(duì)他有了一定的印象，這說明你記住了他們，這對(duì)他們很重要。
If you don't agree with other people on a certain matter,you should appear to be friendly.Don'targue,butdiscuss.You always lose friends if you argue too much.
若在某件事上你不能與別人達(dá)成一致意見，你該表現(xiàn)出友好。可以討論，但不要爭(zhēng)吵。爭(zhēng)吵過甚會(huì)使你失去朋友。
A friendly person thinks of others,and doesn't insist on his own "rights".People who refuse to consider others have few friends.
友善之人常為他人考慮，不會(huì)為自己爭(zhēng)取“權(quán)力”。不顧及別人的人，他的朋友寥寥無幾。
Finally,don't treat people only according to their social positions.Really friendly people respect everyone at all times.
最后，切勿以社會(huì)地位論人。真正的友善之人往往尊重別人。
