　　The Spring Festival is the most important festival all the year round for the Chinese. During this Spring Festival, I have a good time. First of all, I did so well in the final exam that makes my parents very happy. They say that it’s their best gift for the New Year. And we come back our hometown to spend this biggest festival with other relatives. We had a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. There were about thirty people had the dinner together. It was really great. After dinner, we enjoyed the Spring Festival Gala Evening. On the New Year’s Day, we gathered together to play games or cards. We children got lucky money from adults. This was the most exciting thing for us. On the following days, we visited to each other, bringing our best wishes.

　　對中國人來說，春節(jié)是一年中最重要的節(jié)日。今年，我度過了一個快樂的春節(jié)。首先，期末考試我考得很好，這讓我的父母非常高興，他們說這是他們最好的新年禮物。我們回老家和親人們一起度過了這個春節(jié)，除夕夜，我們吃了一頓豐盛的年夜飯，大概有三十個人一起吃飯，非常熱鬧。晚飯過后，我們一起看了春節(jié)聯(lián)歡晚會。大年初一，我們聚在一起玩游戲、打牌。大人們會給小孩壓歲錢，這是最讓我們高興的事。在接下來的幾天，我們帶上最好的祝福，和親戚們相互串門。

　　When the new year is coming, everybody is so excited. The families get together and have fun. For me, as I was a little kid, Spring Festival was my biggest day. On the one hand, I could meet my parents, who worked in the city and were far away from me all the time. On the other hand, I could get the lucky money, which was enough for me to buy many toys. But as I grew up, the new year was less fun. I lived with my parents since I came to middle school, what’s more, I didn’t need money to buy the toys anymore. I could get what I want in the usually days. People said that the older, the less fun in new year. I knew the reason. If I adjusted my desire, then new year would be fun again.

　　新的一年到來時，每個人都是那么的興奮。家人聚在一起，開心玩耍。對我來說，在我還是個小孩時，春節(jié)對我來說是最大的節(jié)日。一方面，我可以見到我的父母，他們在城市工作，住得離我很遠。另一方面，我可以得到壓歲錢，這足以讓我買很多的玩具。但是我長大以后，新年就不再那么有趣了。自從我上中學后，我就和父母住在一起，更重要的是，我也不需要錢來買玩具了，平常我就能得到我想要的東西了。人們常說人越大，年味越少，我知道原因了。如果我改變我的欲望，新年就會變得有趣。
