　　1、稱呼格式

　　1)對陌生的團(tuán)體負(fù)責(zé)人的稱謂：Dear Madam or Dear Sir

　　2)用于對認(rèn)識但是關(guān)系很正式的個人、組織或團(tuán)體負(fù)責(zé)人的稱謂：Dear Ms.... or Dear Mr. ...
