The Spring Festival is coming soon, I feel so excited, my parents will be home and get together with me. They are busy all the time and have less vacation, they told me that they would have 7 days off and promised to stay with me. I have made some plans for the coming festival and I can’t wait to carry them out.
At the eve of the Spring Festival, my parents decide to go back to my grandparents’ house, we will spend the important day together. It has been three years since we get united last time, I miss the happy atmosphere, we talked so happily. I also miss my grandparents’ food, it is so delicious, my grandma always knows how to satisfy my stomach.
I plan to go to the park with my parents, as they are busy all the time, so they want to play with me in this holiday. I can see the beautiful scenery and have a nice talk to my parents, we can challenge some game together.
These are my plans, I think I will have a nice vacation with my family.

當(dāng)今中國(guó)，學(xué)英語已經(jīng)成為了一種時(shí)尚。就算你中文學(xué)得再好，甚至三五分鐘就能寫出一篇三四千字的論文，不會(huì)英語，也只能算一個(gè)有文化的文盲而已。但我還是覺得，再完美的東西也是有缺陷的，英語就有那么一點(diǎn)兒比不上咱們的漢字。
先說語法吧，只要是個(gè)句子，就得有一個(gè)時(shí)態(tài)，什么現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)，一般將來時(shí)。有時(shí)態(tài)倒不要緊，要緊的是，在英語中，一變時(shí)態(tài)，就要給主語和動(dòng)詞來個(gè)脫胎換骨。還有變復(fù)數(shù)、比較級(jí)，都要把詞稍微改動(dòng)那么一下。如此這般，要把這十八般武藝都操練精熟了，還真不容易。在英語里，還有許多變動(dòng)方法不規(guī)則的詞，讓人眼花繚亂。這樣的'詞，變動(dòng)后人們很難猜出它原先是什么，因?yàn)樗缫咽谴嗽~非彼詞了。而漢字則方便多了，人們只要加上一些表示時(shí)態(tài)的詞就萬事大吉，不用再費(fèi)盡心思地變?cè)~。
其次，用英語說話也怪費(fèi)勁的，就說背乘法表，在中國(guó)，再“沒文化”的人也知道“不管三七二十一”中的“三七二十一”。而在英語國(guó)家，例如英國(guó)、美國(guó)等，人們根本就沒有“乘法表”這個(gè)概念。因?yàn)橛糜⒄Z根本背不了乘法表!不信你用英語背一下乘法表，肯定是詰屈聱牙，難以成誦。而國(guó)人大多都能倒背如流。
最后，英語的最大麻煩就是：翻譯太死板。富有中國(guó)特色的東西，用英語一翻譯，就顯得生硬呆板，完全變了味兒。就比如中國(guó)電影《劉三姐》，本來挺好聽的一個(gè)名字，但到了英語國(guó)家，就變成了可笑的“第三個(gè)姐姐劉”。中國(guó)成語“如虎添翼”到英國(guó)就成了“老虎加上了翅膀”在中國(guó)，這個(gè)成語是形容人有了得力助手。但在英國(guó)，就算你有霍金的智商，華羅庚的推理能力，恐怕你也很難想到它是什么意思。一些英語譯成中文，雖然不至于太離譜，但也讓人笑痛肚子。“回家過年”居然譯成了“十七年”。而當(dāng)英語譯成中文時(shí)，總是很準(zhǔn)確，就算實(shí)在無法翻譯，也可以音譯。
唉!英語的麻煩勁兒!雖然它有易于書寫、使用廣泛等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，但它也是真夠麻煩!

May 20th Wednesday Cloudy and drizzle
Yesterday my classmates and I went to on a picnic. According to our plan we would climb the West Mountain.
Early in the morning all of us gathered at the gate of our school, we started of at seven, soon it began to have a little rain. We kept on riding for an hour till we reached the foot of the mountain.
The little rain stopped then. We began to climb. Soon we reached the top of the mountain. How beautiful it was when we looked at the view from the top. We ran. sang, jump, played chess, and had the pictures taken on the top of the mountain. and had lunch on the rocks. How happy we were!
After the lunch we went down the mountain. We got home at four, all of us almost gave out.
