1.簡(jiǎn)歷的標(biāo)題
同中文的簡(jiǎn)歷一樣,英文簡(jiǎn)歷的標(biāo)題一般也就是用自己的名字即可,如模板中所處理的這樣,將標(biāo)題字體加大加黑,至于首行中間或者是左上角。此外,最好是給自己取一個(gè)英文名字,同時(shí)要注意將姓放在名的后面,如果沒(méi)有英文名字而且中文名字是三個(gè)字(如,方中信),那簡(jiǎn)歷的標(biāo)題應(yīng)該為:Zhongxin Fang。
2.個(gè)人聯(lián)系信息的處理
對(duì)于個(gè)人信息的處理,提倡簡(jiǎn)潔化,一般只提供出地址、移動(dòng)電話(huà)和郵箱即可,諸如在中文簡(jiǎn)歷中會(huì)出現(xiàn)的民族、政治面貌等信息,不必出現(xiàn),因?yàn)榇蠖嗤馄螅粫?huì)關(guān)心這兩個(gè)問(wèn)題。
3.版面的對(duì)齊和分隔
同一模塊的各級(jí)標(biāo)題之間要采用不同的字體和對(duì)齊位置,這樣層次分明;不同模塊、相同級(jí)別的標(biāo)題應(yīng)該采用相同的字體和對(duì)齊位置,這樣版面顯得整齊。

4.具體經(jīng)歷的描述
在描述自己的教育背景以及校內(nèi)外實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷的時(shí)候,英文簡(jiǎn)歷中一般要注意兩個(gè)問(wèn)題:第一是“時(shí)間左對(duì)齊”,中文簡(jiǎn)歷中一般習(xí)慣按“時(shí)間段”—“學(xué)校/單位”—“職位”從左到右的順序來(lái)進(jìn)行安排,但是在英文簡(jiǎn)歷中,時(shí)間段往往安排在最右側(cè)對(duì)齊,同時(shí)也是按照時(shí)間倒敘排版;第二個(gè)要注意的問(wèn)題,在描述自己取得的成績(jī)或者完成的工作之時(shí),動(dòng)詞要用過(guò)去式,這是需要特別留心的地方。
5.求職意向不能少
求職意向(JOB OBJECTIVE),是比不可少的部分,而且一般要安排在簡(jiǎn)歷的第二部分(緊隨聯(lián)系信息之后)而且與教育背景等一樣,占一個(gè)完整的獨(dú)立部分,尤其當(dāng)簡(jiǎn)歷是由外籍HR審閱的時(shí)候,這一點(diǎn)顯得尤為重要,筆者就曾因?yàn)槁⿲?xiě)此部分而收到過(guò)HR的詢(xún)問(wèn)郵件,其實(shí)這已經(jīng)是被視為不細(xì)心甚至是不禮貌了。
