要想提高學(xué)習(xí)成績,還要注意勞逸結(jié)合,有善用腦。復(fù)習(xí)階段,不少同學(xué)總是要廢寢忘食、加班加點地復(fù)習(xí)功課,用減少睡眠和減少文體活動的方法來增加學(xué)習(xí)時間,殊不知,這樣做的害處是很多的。有的人會整天疲乏無力,思考問題變得緩慢,記憶力明顯下降,致使學(xué)習(xí)時間長而效率低。在考試前夕,加緊復(fù)習(xí)是完全必要的,但一定要勞逸適度。譬如,在緊張地學(xué)習(xí)一段時間之后,看看電視,聽聽音樂,或散散步,這樣可使大腦得到適當(dāng)?shù)男菹ⅲ瑫盏绞掳牍Ρ兜男Ч?/p>
