Dear
Effective October 1, I will assume the position of director of human resources for XXX, Inc., in Baton Rouge. Therefore, please accept my resignation as benefits and compensation coordinator of the Human Resources Department within AAA Associates, effective September 30.
The decision was a difficult one for me because I have so enjoyed my working relationships here. The job description has given me great latitude in assisting other coordinators within the human resource area, and as a result, I’ve gained skills in several related fields. These cross-training opportunities have been invaluable, and in a much more formal, classroom setting, I’ve been able to take advantage of classes in management, interpersonal skills, writing, and oral presentations. All of this training has been a worthwhile effort for both AAA (company) and me. 9 xiao688.com

Hi [Boss your manager name],
I feel sorry to say that I decided to pursue an external opportunity. Maybe it is really a surprise for you. After serious and careful consideration, however, I have to make this adjustment regarding my personal career development plan. I’m sorry about the inconvenience it may bring to you and our team.
The decision is really hard for me because I have so enjoyed my working relationship here. Our team has offered me great latitude and opportunity within our business area. And as a result, I’ve not only gained the technical skills, interpersonal skills, but also learnt a lot on predominant company culture and the art of management. I’d like to express my deep thanks for the rewarding experience I’ve enjoyed during those days.
However, all good things must come to an end. I have to say goodbye to you and our excellent team. I will be dedicated to hand over all my work to the appointed personnel before my departure. I would like to take this opportunity to thank again for your kindly support and instruction during my work.
Wish you every success in future!

To xxx.
After I thought, I decided to resign my current position as our company. In submitting this resignation, my mood is heavy. Now, because of I mental state, and other personal reason for this I can’t make a corresponding contribution to the company. Therefore, request permission to leave.
First of all, thank you for giving me the chance became one of xx Electronics Co., Ltd. During this time, can see our factory with six person’s team from the development to its current size, I feel much honored. And we all paid a lot of hardships. There was laughter, there have been gains and tears and pain, the company equal relationships and open-minded style of work once I feel at home here, I am happy working, happy life, However, due to I lack of experience, the recent work I would often feel powerless. Work yourself immature sense of total loss. As a result, I began seriously thinking about, I found that because of various reasons, in fact, I do not fit this job, maybe I was too immature, too idealistic, too simple, I am confused and confusing, anything I work very seriously, because I do not want to muddle along, this will only make me feel uneasy, and I timid, things indecisive, indecision, lack of courage, not decisive, and this is the main reason why to lose confidence for my job. Perhaps the most important thing is thinking about what is my biggest interest, what I want, for what to do, find my own position is the next step in my life choice.
I know that the company employing the occasion comes, but I resign at this time. I really feel very ashamed cannot work together and contribute to the company. I hope that company leaders took time in your busy schedule accepted my resignation matter. Writing a letter of resignation might be an unpleasant task, but there"s really not that much to it. In its simplest form, you just date your letter of resignation, say when and what you"re resigning, sign it, hand it over, and that"s it. Five minutes, and you"re done.
Unless you possess the judgment of an attorney and style of a professional writer, don"t write much more in your letter of resignation if you wish to use your soon-to-be ex-employer as a reference. There"s really no need to explain your reasons for resigning anyway. For one thing, it"s really nobody"s business but your own. For another, however honorable your reasons may be, it"s very hard to strike just the right tone in writing.
For example, if you write in your letter of resignation that you"ve found a more challenging career opportunity, it implies that you"re bored with your current job. If you write that you"re having family or health problems, you"ve just documented that you might be a risky hire. Your words may haunt you down the road, when a potential employer contacts your former employers as references. Your words might also be used as evidence against you, should you sue your former employer for a wrongdoing. For example, if you write that it"s been a pleasurable experience working there, then later sue your employer, you might have a hard time proving harm.
In other words, try not to leave anything up to the interpretation (or misinterpretation) of the reader when writing your letter of resignation.

Dear
I am offering my resignation as operations manager of the XXX plant, effective May 15. As of now, I’m not quite sure where
I’ll be looking for employment and am toying with the idea of turning one of my life-long hobbies into a profit-making enterprise.
Frankly, Vernon, I was deeply disappointed the vacancy of general manager was filled by someone from outside the company. Through years of excellent performance appraisals, I was led to believe I was in line for that position. Under the circumstances, I think you’ll understand my decision to resign.
I do appreciate the management training I’ve been given here;
it has indeed prepared me well for almost any general business career I decide to pursue. My best wishes for the company’s continued growth.
Sincerely

Dear Mrs.Zhang,
I am sorry inform you of my decision toresign my current position as assistant in this company.
I enjoy working with the people in the office, because they are kind and hardworking. However, after a months work,I unfortunately find the job is quite far from my expectations.First of all,I could hardly bear the extra work and night shift.Meanwhile, the salary is far from satisfying which cannot support my large family. What is more,I findmy talents are not being made use of.
I am sorry for any inconvenience caused, and I sincerely hope that you approve of my resignation.
Yours sincerely,
Li Ming
