　　四月的校園，水清木華，春意盎然，又到了一年一度的校慶時(shí)節(jié)。值此喜慶時(shí)刻，我謹(jǐn)代表清華大學(xué)，向海內(nèi)外廣大校友和全體師生員工致以親切的問(wèn)候和良好的祝愿。也藉此機(jī)會(huì)，向多年來(lái)關(guān)心支持清華大學(xué)發(fā)展的各界人士和新老朋友表示誠(chéng)摯的敬意和衷心的感謝!

　　20XX年4月26日，清華大學(xué)迎來(lái)104周年華誕。104歲的清華大學(xué)厚重又富有朝氣，面向世界，面向未來(lái)，以開(kāi)放帶改革，以改革促發(fā)展，矢志奮進(jìn)在一流大學(xué)建設(shè)路上，各項(xiàng)事業(yè)不斷取得新的進(jìn)展。

　　制定并實(shí)施《清華大學(xué)章程》，進(jìn)一步理順學(xué)術(shù)與行政、管理與服務(wù)、學(xué)術(shù)研究與人才培養(yǎng)的關(guān)系，強(qiáng)調(diào)人才培養(yǎng)的非功利性,明確學(xué)校治理的育人導(dǎo)向和學(xué)術(shù)導(dǎo)向,突出學(xué)校治理架構(gòu)的社會(huì)參與和開(kāi)放合作。作為學(xué)校依法自主辦學(xué)、實(shí)施管理和履行公共職能的基本準(zhǔn)則，章程的制定與實(shí)施，將有力促進(jìn)學(xué)校決策的民主化、內(nèi)部運(yùn)行的規(guī)范化、辦學(xué)治校的科學(xué)化。

　　清華大學(xué)率先啟動(dòng)高等教育綜合改革，綜合改革方案首家獲得國(guó)家批準(zhǔn)。學(xué)校緊密圍繞完善中國(guó)特色現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度和治理體系、探索高等教育大眾化階段創(chuàng)建一流大學(xué)發(fā)展模式這一目標(biāo)，確定了綜合改革路線圖、時(shí)間表。各項(xiàng)體制機(jī)制改革的推進(jìn)，將大大地激發(fā)師生員工的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)造活力，并形成潛心學(xué)術(shù)、熱心育人的良好氛圍。

　　教師人事制度改革作為學(xué)校綜合改革的突破口，緊緊圍繞建設(shè)高水平教師隊(duì)伍目標(biāo)，由試點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)入全面推進(jìn)，14個(gè)院系已完成方案制定并落地實(shí)施，取得了積極成效。院系聘任自主權(quán)明顯加強(qiáng)，新進(jìn)教師質(zhì)量顯著提升，吸引優(yōu)秀人才的能力大幅提高。

　　教育教學(xué)改革深入推進(jìn)，價(jià)值塑造、能力培養(yǎng)、知識(shí)傳授“三位一體”的人才培養(yǎng)新模式已進(jìn)入實(shí)施階段，學(xué)生作為主角深度參與到教育教學(xué)改革進(jìn)程之中。創(chuàng)意創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)“三創(chuàng)融合”教育全面開(kāi)展，近期清華面向全國(guó)高校發(fā)出了建立“中國(guó)高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育聯(lián)盟”的倡議，推動(dòng)高校向社會(huì)提供更多優(yōu)質(zhì)的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育資源，服務(wù)國(guó)家創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大局。

　　繼續(xù)提升面向國(guó)際開(kāi)放辦學(xué)水平。2013年啟動(dòng)的蘇世民學(xué)者項(xiàng)目，中美兩國(guó)元首曾發(fā)來(lái)賀信，已正式進(jìn)入全球招生程序，準(zhǔn)備迎接來(lái)自世界各地的未來(lái)青年領(lǐng)袖;清華-伯克利深圳學(xué)院，清華-耶魯環(huán)境、清華-約翰霍普金斯全球政治與經(jīng)濟(jì)、清華-哥倫比亞商務(wù)分析等高端國(guó)際合作辦學(xué)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展順利。

　　堅(jiān)持“頂天、立地、樹(shù)人”宗旨，面向國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)前沿，持續(xù)加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)研究;主動(dòng)服務(wù)國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略需求，著力推動(dòng)重大項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展。我校師生在生命科學(xué)和醫(yī)學(xué)、暗物質(zhì)探測(cè)、量子計(jì)算、靈巧通信衛(wèi)星、液態(tài)金屬人工機(jī)器、出土文獻(xiàn)、國(guó)學(xué)研究等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域的開(kāi)創(chuàng)性工作獲得廣泛關(guān)注。

　　當(dāng)今世界，全球化進(jìn)程和新技術(shù)革命加速發(fā)展，人類共同面對(duì)的`問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)峻，知識(shí)創(chuàng)新和傳播方式發(fā)生著深刻變化。當(dāng)代中國(guó)，全面改革深入開(kāi)展，創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展成為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略，經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、社會(huì)、生態(tài)文明建設(shè)亟需大批領(lǐng)軍人才和創(chuàng)新成果。高等教育面臨前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，大學(xué)需要重新思考自己在全球創(chuàng)新體系和國(guó)家轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展中的角色定位，探索和創(chuàng)新自身發(fā)展模式，推動(dòng)社會(huì)發(fā)展、國(guó)家富強(qiáng)和人類文明進(jìn)步。

　　Dear members of the Tsinghua Community,

　　Please accept my festival greetings for the 104th anniversary of Tsinghua University.

　　In retrospection, Tsinghua has observed a year of reform marked by unfettered accomplishments. We have enacted the Articles of Association of Tsinghua University, the first constitutional document in the university’s history to guide the governance and operation of the university. This enactment will improve the governance and decision-making system, as well as the teaching and research atmosphere, of the university. Among Chinese universities in the mainland, Tsinghua leads the comprehensive university reforms. These reforms, staged for the period between 2013 and 2020, are set to escalate the university’s world leading competency. Among the series of reforms, the reform of the faculty system is the first break-through. Fourteen schools and departments have completed their plans and launched the new system. The reformed faculty system brings in more autonomy in faculty recruitment and administration. The education reform focuses on enabling student-centered learning and teaching. During this reform, creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship will be better integrated in our teaching programs. In addition, Tsinghua has launched an initiative to establish the innovation and entrepreneurship alliance of Chinese universities, in hope to strengthen the national technology innovation scheme.

　　We have made notable achievements in internationalization education programs and research programs. For example, the Schwartzman College program has begun to recruit its pilot cohort of students from around the world. The Tsinghua-Berkeley Joint Institute at Shenzhen, the Tsinghua-Yale Dual Master degree in environment studies, the Tsinghua-Johns Hopkins Dual Master degree in global politics and economics, and the Tsinghua-Columbia Dual Master degree in business analytics have all delivered substantive progresses. A number of research programs have achieved world leading breakthroughs in the fields of life and medical sciences, dark-matter measurement, quantum computing, liquid metal artificial machinery, unearthed documents and sinology.

　　In prospect, I foresee opportunities and challenges that Tsinghua is to embrace. In this world of accelerated globalization and cross-culture integration, the University shall cultivate students with the sense of global citizenship and the sensibility of culture diversity. In this perspective, Tsinghua has begun to emphasize shaping the value and ethics of young students, and nurturing them with skills and characters that could yield greater social contribution.

　　As I contemplate the future of the university with confidence and passion, I thank all members of the Tsinghua community for your dedication to the university. I thank all friends for your support to Tsinghua. In the years to come, Tsinghua will continue to strive with unstinted endeavors.
