獻血是愛，是關懷，你能為你的同胞作出的最大奉獻就是拯救他的生命。
近半個世紀以來，世界衛(wèi)生組織和國際紅十字會一直向世界各國呼吁“醫(yī)療用血采用無償獻血”。無償獻血是血液最科學、最合理的來源，是最安全的血液，是預防經(jīng)血液傳播疾病的重要手段之一。無償獻血是無私奉獻、救死扶傷的'崇高行為，能使病員解除病痛甚至挽救他們的生命，其價值是無法用金錢來衡量的。
科學獻血有益健康。一次獻血200-400毫升，只占人體總血量的10%以內時，貯存在肝、脾等器官的血液會釋放出來參與血液循環(huán)，迅速恢復血容量，同時刺激人體造血功能增強，有利于血液的新陳代謝，減少心血管疾病的發(fā)生。
無償獻血者免費用血。無償獻血相當于一種輸血醫(yī)療保險，獻血者本人及其配偶、直系親屬有相應的免費用血的待遇。無償獻血體現(xiàn)了"我為人人、人人為我"、愛心奉獻的新型人際關系，是聯(lián)結人們友誼的橋梁和紐帶，是一種高尚的人道主義。
青年人是無償獻血的主力軍，是年輕有為、朝氣蓬勃的一代，很多網(wǎng)友已多次參加獻血。今天，我們倡議更多的網(wǎng)友們加入到無償獻血者的行列中，你捐獻的血液可以挽救一個垂危的生命!用我們的愛心重鑄生命的綠洲!

各單位干部職工：
《中華人民共和國獻血法》正式實施以來，無償獻血在保證醫(yī)療臨床用血需要和安全、保障獻血者和用血者健康方面發(fā)揮了重大作用，也標志著我國的血液事業(yè)從此走向法制化管理的軌道。
無償獻血是社會文明進步的標志之一，是救死扶傷的崇高行為，是創(chuàng)造和諧社會、熱愛生命的體現(xiàn)。近年來，在社會各界的廣泛支持和積極參與下，無償獻血工作得到了穩(wěn)定健康的發(fā)展。但是，隨著xxx經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展，醫(yī)療服務水平的提高，全民醫(yī)療保障覆蓋面的擴大，臨床用血量大大增加，為了保證臨床有安全、足夠的血液救治患者，需要我們攜起手來，共同參與到無償獻血的行列中來。區(qū)無償獻血辦特此向廣大健康適齡的干部職工們發(fā)出倡議：讓我們以履行公民義務為光榮，本著社會共濟、關愛他人的精神，做無償獻血行動的積極響應者，加入到無償獻血的行列，用我們的濃濃熱血、拳拳愛心去營造一個充滿“人道、博愛、奉獻”精神的幸福xxx!
