1、能聽懂、會說:short, curly, long, tall, straight hair, a medium build, height, thin, heavy, bald, brown, blonde.

Task1: Drawing me?
Activity 1. Read the words according to the pictures(見1a)
Short hair medium height
Curly hair thin, heavy
Long hair short, tall
Straight hair a medium build
Activity 2: Let some students draw the pictures of the classmates on the blackboard than let other students guess who he (she) is.
Grasp sentences:
①She has long curly hair.
②She isn’t tall. She’s short.
③ She has a medium build.
Task 2: Look for you.
Activity 1: Teacher describes her (his) appearance and all the groups decide on who he (she) is.
Activity 2: All the students in GroupⅠdescribe her (his) appearance and let the students in GroupⅡlook for him (her) one by one.
Grasp sentences:

②He’s tall. He’s thin.
③ He’s medium height.
Task 3: Introducing your parents
(We’ll have a parents’ meeting soon. But we know only few parents. Would you mind introducing your parents to others.)
Activity 1: Introducing your parents in the group.
Activity 2: Introducing your parents in class and other students listen carefully and correct.

②My father is tall and he has a medium build.
③My father wears a pair of glasses.
④My mother has long early hair. She looks young.
Task 4: My new images
(We’ll have a party. I hope you all have new images. Let’s see whose new images is the most wonderful.)
Activity 1: Describe your new image in your exercise books.
Activity 2: Tell your mew image in the group.
Activity 3: Show your new image to classmates.
Homework: Draw pictures about your new image and write down about your appearance.
