一、十三單元的題目是：“What colour is it?”.有關(guān)顏色的單詞以前已經(jīng)學(xué)過(guò)許多。
例如：white (白色) black (黑色) red (紅色) yellow (黃色) orange(桔黃色)
blue (蘭色) pink (粉色) brown(棕色) purple(紫色) green(綜色)等等。
除此之外，還有：dark green(深綠色) dark brown (深棕色)等等類(lèi)似表示顏色的單詞。
請(qǐng)看下面一組對(duì)話，讀后譯成中文：
A: What’s that over there? 那邊是什么？
B: Where? 哪兒呀？
A: Over there, on the hill. 那邊的小山上。
B: It’s a car. 那是一輛小汽車(chē)。
A: What colour is it? 那輛小汽車(chē)是什么顏色的？
B: It’s red. It’s a red car. 是紅顏色的，那是一輛紅色的小汽車(chē)。
A: Is that a car, too? 那也是一輛小汽車(chē)嗎？
B: Yes, it is. 是的。
A: What colour is it? 那么是什么顏色的？
B: It’s black. It’s a black car. 那是黑顏色的，是一輛黑色的小汽車(chē)。
二、What colour是問(wèn)顏色的特殊疑問(wèn)詞，不論問(wèn)復(fù)數(shù)形式還是問(wèn)單數(shù)形式，只要問(wèn)什么顏色的就要用what colour開(kāi)頭作為疑問(wèn)詞。請(qǐng)看下面兩個(gè)例句。
1. What colour is your sweater? 你的毛衣是什么顏色的？（單數(shù)形式）
2. What colour are those clothes? 那些衣服是什么顏色的？（復(fù)數(shù)形式）
對(duì)于以上兩個(gè)特殊問(wèn)句都要做直接回答。如：
1. My sweater is yellow. 我的毛衣是黃色的。
2. They are red and green. 那些衣服都是紅色和綠色的。
三、顏色還有其它用法。請(qǐng)看下面一組對(duì)話。
Han Meimei: Excuse me, Jim. 喂，吉姆，那個(gè)人誰(shuí)呀？
Who’s that man?
Jim: Which man? 哪個(gè)人？
Han Meimei: The one in the white car. 坐在白色小汽車(chē)?yán)锏哪莻�(gè)人。
Jim: oh, that’s my father! 噢，那是我的父親。
在上面的一組對(duì)話中出現(xiàn)了一個(gè)與顏色有關(guān)的短語(yǔ)“in the white car.”(坐在白色的小汽車(chē)?yán)?這是個(gè)介詞短語(yǔ)，它在句子中起定語(yǔ)作用，類(lèi)似這樣的短語(yǔ)還有許多。例如：
in a red coat the girl in a red coat. 穿著紅上衣的女孩。
in a white hat the woman in a white hat. 戴著白色的帽子的女士。
on the black bike the boy on the black bike. 騎著黑色的自行車(chē)的男孩。

who’s =who is是誰(shuí)的意思。which是哪一個(gè)，哪一些的意思。
在以前學(xué)過(guò)的句型當(dāng)中曾出現(xiàn)過(guò): Who is duty today? Who’s that girl?” Who is your teacher of English? Who is she? 等等。
Which is yours? Which school are you in? Which row are you in等等，都是比較熟悉的句型。
五、在第十三單元里，要求掌握的單詞有：
